Only 13 Missouri Hospitals Received a Perfect ‘A’ Safety Grade

It's impossible to be perfect (or so I'm told). But 13 Missouri hospitals just learned they have received a near perfect 'A' grade when it comes to patient safety.

This is quite an honor roll and it involves something vital - patient safety when they're in Missouri hospitals. Facilities were rated on how they support the staff they have caring for patients, how they put processes into place that help prevent errors and issues (or not) with stopping the spread of infections.

Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade didn't give out many 'A' grades in Missouri, but the following 13 medical facilities came in at the front of the class. Here they are in alphabetical order:
