If you're a successful major league baseball pitcher, the job pays well. Want proof? See inside the epic Branson, Missouri lakefront estate that was once owned by all-star pitcher Cole Hamels.

I saw the Dallas Morning News mention that this Branson, Missouri estate used to be owned by Cole Hamels who had a very successful major league baseball career. He won 163 games in his storied career. The actual address is 2866 State Highway DD, Branson West, Missouri and I was able to confirm through Realtor.com that this home was once Cole Hamels up until around 2017 when he went from the Philadelphia Phillies to the Texas Rangers.

I saw ABC 7 in Los Angeles report that Cole Hamels and his wife donated this incredible home to a special charity at the end of 2017. That's quite a donation. The home is now back on the market and what was valued just below $10 million dollars 7 years ago now has an asking price of $14.5 million dollars. My jaw just landed on the floor.

Realtor says this is a 36,000 square foot estate that has an incredible Table Rock Lake view behind it. It appears the lawn pics are simulated as the property needs some TLC, but they give you a good idea of how sweet this property can look when fixed up.

Forbes had Cole Hamels listed at #78 among the highest paid athletes of 2017 when this home was his. This Branson, Missouri estate proves he spent his money well.
