Get your tickets now for Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream inside Quincy Community Theatre's Immersive Lab Space. The show performs one weekend only, June 15th through June 18th, and is starring some of the most talented youth performers in Quincy. This show is part of Quincy Community Theatre's schedule of Student Theatre shows and is a different twist on the classic tale. On their website, Quincy Community Theatre says this about their upcoming production of A Midsummer Night's Dream...

"“The course of true love never did run smooth” in Shakespeare’s most popular comedy, when a group of hopelessly lovestruck (and lost) teenagers stumble into an ancient enchanted forest. Here, the fairies love to wreak havoc on unsuspecting humans almost as much as they love playing tricks on one another. Add an eccentric rogue spirit and a bumbling troupe of wannabe actors into the mix—and what could possibly go wrong?"

A Midsummer Night's Dream is one of the great works of William Shakespeare and I love that the student theatre performers of this town have a chance to tackle such an iconic work. I also, know that this production will make Shakespeare easy to digest for all ages, and I can't wait to see the show!
