Officers were called to the 4000 block of Market just after 11 a.m. Tuesday on a report of suspicious activity.

Officers arrived and made contact with 23 year old Rondell Sims of Granger, Indiana, who gave the officers multiple blank credit cards.

Sims and another Indiana man were taken into custody. A search warrant was executed, leading to the discovery of devices for making fake credit cards.

Sims was charged Wednesday with possession of a forging instrument. He is in the Marion County Jail on $10,000 bond.

The second man was released.
