Illinois Corn Harvest Ahead of Schedule, Some Yields Better Than Expected

Illinois agriculture officials say the pace of this year's corn harvest is well ahead of last year's. About three-quarters of the state's corn crop has already been harvested thanks to mostly dry weather. Farmers in some part of the states say the yields are better than expected.
