Hull Collision Results in Charges

(Hull, Ill)—Illinois State Police report a Barry driver suffers moderate injuries after her car is rear-ended just after 5 pm Friday on Illinois 106 near Hull.  26 year-old Ashley Niffen was slowing for a vehicle making a left turn onto Illinois 96 when her car was struck in the rear by a pickup driven by 37 year-old Scott Bradshaw of Kinderhook.  Bradshaw was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.  Niffen suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Blessing Hospital in Quincy for treatment and later arrested for Driving While License Suspended.
