(BOWLING GREEN)—Pike County Missouri officials are implementing a ban on outdoor burning due to the dry conditions. The ban is in effect until further notice. Earlier this week… the Hannibal Fire Department and Hannibal Rural Fire Protection district issued similar bans due to the extended dry weather and conditions favorable to grass and brush fires.
