The Hannibal Regional Hospital Auxiliary has a history of raising big money to help the hospital bolster its services to the community. This year is no exception.

Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation is in the midst of its Believe Campaign. A major portion of the funds raised in this drive goes toward new technologies for the James E. Cary Cancer Center. The centerpiece of the new technology is a new Linear Accelerator. Hospital officials say the new equipment delivers radiation treatment which will reduce treatment times, increase accuracy and bring new cancer fighting services to the region.

As they have done in the past, the HRH Auxiliary has pledged to make a considerable contribution to the Believe Campaign. They recently offered a $500,000 pledge to the effort.
