Home Invasion and Battery Arrest in Quincy

A Quincy man faces home invasion, aggravated domestic battery and assault charges. Charges against Perry Nixon of Quincy follow an incident at 1:25 Saturday afternoon at 323 College. Quincy Police say officers were told as they arrived that Nixon entered the residence without permission and battered a juvenile family member. Police were also told that Nixon threatened to harm other occupants of the residence. Nixon was arrested and taken to the Adams County Jail.
