Hannibal Traffic Stop Leads to an Arrest
A traffic stop in Hannibal for a minor violation results in the arrest of a Hannibal man.
Hannibal Police stopped a vehicle in the 600 block of South Hayden and learned that a passenger—32 year old Terry Johnson was wanted on active warrants. Police reports indicate Johnson resisted arrest and attempted to attack an officer. He was subdued and placed under arrest following a short struggle. Johnson now faces interfering and resisting arrest charges in addition to the active warrants. Johnson was taken to the Marion County Jail.
