Hannibal Teens Arrested for Shooting Air Rifles

Hannibal Police were called to the Market Street area Thursday afternoon on a report of two subjects in a vehicle shooting children with air rifles.

After contacting with a 12-year-old victim, a suspect vehicle was located and a total of four teenagers were arrested by HPD officers.

Charged with unlawful use of a weapon were 17-year-old Lucas Tourney and a 15-year-old male juvenile.

Charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were 17-year-old Victoria Hays and a 16-year-old female juvenile.

Tourney was taken to the Marion County Jail on a 24 hour hold. Hays was released pending warrants. The juveniles were released to their parents.
