Hannibal Residents Arrested on Drug Charges
On January 30, two Hannibal residents were arrested for Distribution of a Controlled Substance including prescription drugs and methamphetamine.
Cecil Williams, 42, of Hannibal and Daffney Sexton, 19, of Hannibal were arrested as a result of investigations conducted by the Hannibal Police Department Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES).
Arrested by a Hannibal Police Officer, Williams was charged with Distribution of Prescription Drugs. Arrested by a Marion County Sheriffs Debuty, Sexton has been charged with Distribution of Methamphetamine.
Both were placed in the Marion County jail with $100,000 cash only bonds.
