Hannibal Regional Hospital Main Entrance Detour Starts July 8

With construction at the Hannibal Regional Medical Complex entering its next phase, changes on how you enter the hospital will begin Monday.

The expansion and renovation began with the construction of Hannibal Regional Medical Group’s new Medical Office Building and six new surgery suites for the hospital.

The next phase features a renovated entrance and expansion of the hospital. This means that the main hospital entrance will be detoured beginning Monday, July 8th.

Patients and visitors will access the hospital through the new Medical Group entrance. Also on Monday, all surgery patients can enter through the new Surgical Patient Drop Off/Pick Up area east of the Emergency Room.

Hannibal Regional officials say the last phase of construction and renovation will enhance access, expand services and insure privacy through renovation of key hospital areas and services.
