Hannibal Police Request Filing of Additional Charge Against Coulter

Hannibal Police have requested that additional charges be filed against a Hannibal man who is already in the Marion County Jail on a variety of charges.

HPD requested a warrant Tuesday against 36 year old Jason Coulter on a charge of Institutional Vandalism. The request comes as the result of an investigation into a February 13th report of vandalism to a headstone in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Coulter was charged last week with burglary, violation of an order of protection and possession of a controlled substance.

Coulter is in the Marion County Jail on $85,000 bond.
