Hannibal Police make four arrests on heroin related charges Friday.

HPD Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad and Special Response Team officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the 700 block of Church Street Friday morning.

The search uncovered a large amount of what is believed to be heroin, scales and packaging materials, two handguns, cocaine paraphernalia and a small amount of what is believed to be marijuana.

As a result, officers took 23 year old Reginald Hilton, Jr., 51 year old Reginald Hilton, Sr. and 20 year old Lexsys Dowty, all of Hannibal and 53 year old Demetrea Hilton of Syracuse, New York into custody.

Reginald Hilton Jr. was arrested for distribution and possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a weapon and receiving stolen property.

Reginald Hilton Sr. was cited for distribution of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Demetrea Hilton was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dowty was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.

Reginald Sr. and Demetrea Hilton were released pending prosecutor review. Reginald Hilton Jr. and Dowty were taken to the Marion County Jail on 24-hour holds.
