Overall, Hannibal saw a cool and very dry November.

The numbers from the official National Weather Service reporting station at the Hannibal Filter Plant show that only .73 of an inch of precipitation fell in Hannibal last month. That compares to the average of 3.42 inches for November.

Most of that rainfall came on two days, when .24 of an inch fell on the 14th, with .29 of an inch of rain coming on the 18th.

We did set a record high temperature on the 24th when the thermometer reached 72. The next warmest days also came late in the month, with highs of 67 on the 27th and 66 on the 28th.

The coldest day of November came on the 22nd, when the low reached 19 degrees.
