Hannibal Man Faces Rape Charge

A Hannibal man faces a second degree rape charge following a weekend incident.
Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton says Allen Vaughn is held in the Marion County Jail following an incident that allegedly occurred Sunday. Vaughn is to make a court appearance via video from the Marion County Jail on Friday. Bond is set at 25-thousand dollars cash only. I convicted, Vaughn faces up to seven years in prison or a fine of up to ten thousand dollars.
