Hannibal Man Charged Following Chase

(MONROE CITY)--In Monroe County, three charges were filed-and more could be filed in Marion County-against a man who led police on a high-speed chase Wednesday.

The chase went through Monroe City, and the driver finally crashed his vehicle. Police say charges were filed against John W. Fogle, from Hannibal, for resisting arrest, endangering a child and leaving the scene of an accident with injuries. Fogle was in custody at the Monroe County Sheriffs Department, with a cash bond set at $25,000.
