Hannibal Man Arrested on Drug Charges

35-year-old Karnell D. Fitzpatrick of Hannibal was arrested on the evening June 23 after a Hannibal Police Officer, that knew Fitzpatrick had a revoked license, observed him driving a vehicle.

According to police, the officer made contact with Fitzpatrick and received permission to search his vehicle, where a substance believed to be methamphetamine and items of drug paraphernalia were located.

Fitzpatrick was arrested and charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While Revoked.

He was taken to the Marion County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
