Hannibal Man Arrested on Burglary Charges

A call for a possible burglary in progress results in an arrest.

Hannibal Police were called Friday to the 200 block of North Levering. On arrival, police located 17-year-old Russell LaFond of Hannibal in the residence. Police say a window was broken to gain access. LaFond was taken to the Marion County Jail on burglary charges.
