Hannibal Forms New Roadway Commission

Hannibal City Council members vote to create a new roadway commission.
Mayor James Hark says the commission most likely meet quarterly look at issues such as road surfaces and to maintain recent improvements. The traffic committee will focus on stop signs, handicap parking and street lighting.  Council members also approved road closures for various events over the next year. A property tax levy public hearing is set for 6:45 on August 20th.
