Hannibal Firefighters Called to St. Elizabeth Campus

(HANNIBAL)—An automatic fire alarm and smoke reported coming from the former laundry building brought Hannibal firefighters to the old St. Elizabeth Hospital at 109 Virginia Wednesday afternoon. The source of the smoke was the flue from a wood stove inside the building. No injuries and no damage are reported.
