Hannibal Enters an Agreement for Narcan

Hannibal City Council members approve an agreement with the Missouri Department of Senior Services to supply Narcan to First Responders. 
Narcan is an opioid overdose reversing drug.  The agreement has the Hannibal Fire Department purchasing ten doses. The state will help replenish the supply as needed. The agreement runs through 2021.
