COVID-19 related staffing shortages are being cited as the reason for the closing of city hall this Thursday and Friday.

Officials say all essential services will continue.

Payments to the Board of Public Works can still be made by using the kiosk outside city hall or the drop box at the BPW office on Industrial Loop.

The Hannibal Police Department will still offer 24 hour lobby service at 777 Broadway.
To leave a message, call city hall at 221-0111, Parks and Recreation at 221-0154 or BPW at 221-8050.
