Hannibal Boys Basketball Coach Placed on Paid Leave

Hannibal High School’s boys basketball coach is on paid administrative leave.

A press release issued Friday morning by Hannibal School District #60 says Doug Coleman was placed on paid leave effective Thursday February 9th. The release says the district has been working with Coach Coleman through some issues and felt it was in the students best interests to place Coach Coleman on paid leave. The release adds that… “Legally, the district is unable to comment further as this is an ongoing personnel matter.”
