Hancock County Reports Third COVID-19 Related Death

The Hancock County Health Department and Memorial Hospital in Carthage reported the county’s third COVID-19 related death Thursday.

Officials also reported four additional lab-confirmed coronavirus cases – two females in their 20s to 30s and two males in their 20s to 40s. One is connected to another positive case. All four are recovering at home.

The total number of COVID cases in Hancock County is now 170, with 21 active cases, 146 recoveries and now three deaths.
