Ground breaking ceremonies are at 1:30 this afternoon for a new agriculture building at Monroe City High School.
The project follows passage of an 8.5 million dollar bond issue last April for projects across that school district. The new building will feature a food science technology lab. The project also includes new elementary classrooms. Work is expected to be complete in January or February.
