Friday Morning Fire Damages a Hannibal House

Fire early Friday morning damaged a house at 11th and Church in Hannibal.
Firefighters were called to the scene shortly after 6:15 a-m. Flames and heavy smoke were coming from the one story frame house as fire crews arrived. Smoke from the fire drifted into the downtown area. Firefighting efforts closed the 1100 block of Church and the 10th and Church intersection. No word at this time on the cause of the fire.
