Separate investigations lead to four arrests by Hannibal Police.

The investigations by HPD’s newly formed Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad results in the arrests of 35-year-old Jason Brower, 32-year-old Princeton Brown, 31-year-old April Darnell and 31-year-old Isaac Sapp, all on warrants issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit of Marion County.

Brower, Darnell and Sapp are charged with distribution of methamphetamine, while Brown was cited for distribution of Heroin.

The four are in the Marion County Jail on $100,000 cash only bond each.

Officers with the newly formed Hannibal Police Department Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad have arrested 4 Hannibal residents, Jason A Brower (35), Princeton A Brown (32), April L Darnell (31), and Isaac A Sapp (31) on warrants issued by the 10th Judicial Court of Marion County.

The warrants are a result of separate investigations, by the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad, into illegal narcotics distribution. The warrants charge all 4 subjects with the Class B Felony of Distribution of a Controlled Substance.

All suspects remain in the Marion County Jail with bonds set at $100,000.00 cash only.

A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
