Fatal Crash on US 61 at Route R-A

(FRANKFORD)—A Frankford teen died early Sunday morning of injuries sustained in a two car crash at US 61 and Route R-A in Pike County 12:27 Saturday afternoon.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says 15-year-old Hannah Buchanan of Frankford was pronounced dead at 12:15 Sunday morning at Mercy Hospital in Creve Couer. Buchanan was a passenger in a car driven by 18-year-old Brendan Weber of Bowling Green when he attempted to turn onto 61 and pulled into the path of an oncoming car.
