Dropping River Levels = NEMO Roads Reopening
As river levels continue to drop, more roads that had been closed due to flooding have reopened.
The Missouri Department of Transportation has reported the reopening of Highway 79 north of Clarksville between Route D and Route W in Pike County, Route B and Business 61 from Route C to U.S. 61 in LaGrange in Lewis County and U.S. 61 and Highway 136 in Alexandria in Clark County.
MODOT reports that there are still a number of roads closed due to high water. For the latest information of road closings, go to the Traveler’s Information Map at MODOT.org.
