Crass Indicted on Domestic Battery, Drug Charges
A LaPrairie man was indicted on a variety of charges in Adams County Circuit Court Friday.
39 year old Kristopher Crass was indicted on charges of armed violence, aggravated battery of a child, aggravated battery, unlawful possession of cannabis sativa plant, unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis and two counts of domestic battery.
Crass is alleged to have pointed a handgun at a woman and struck two children in his home on November 27th of last year.
Crass pleaded not guilty to the charges and his case was placed on the March jury trial docket.
