A Quincy man pleaded not guilty to meth related charges in Adams County Circuit Court Wednesday.

29 year old James Courson entered the plea to a charge of suspicion of methamphetamine manufacturing and delivery.

Courson and 24 year old Emir Jasso-Diaz were arrested November 30th as the result of traffic stop on Interstate 172, just south of Highway 24.

Jasso-Diaz had pleaded not guilty earlier to meth delivery charges. His case is on the February jury trial docket.

Courson’s case is on the docket for March.

Courson is in the Adams County Jail on $50,000 bond. Jasso-Diaz is in jail on $100,000 bond.
