Centralia Man Arrested by HPD on Meth Related Charges
A Centralia man is arrested by Hannibal Police Monday on meth related charges.

HPD responded to a report of a subject with a warrant sitting in a vehicle in the 800 block of Webb Street about 12:30 p.m. Monday.
When officers arrived, the man left the vehicle and ran behind a residence, throwing items into a wooded area.
Police found and disassembled a one-pot meth lab and took 28 year old William Ruby into custody.
Ruby has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance, manufacture of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Ruby is in the Marion County Jail on $100,000 cash only bond.
