Burglary Ring Suspects Scheduled For Court Appearances

Court hearings are October 1 for four of five suspects who allegedly were part of a theft ring that netted $200,000 of jewelry and guns.
An evidence hearing is set for Harley Deweese and a counsel status is scheduled for Nicholas Kuntz. They’re charged with burglary.

Letitia Kuntz will be arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property. Terri Knapp is scheduled for a counsel status hearing. She faces a charge of receiving stolen property and multiple counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.

A fifth suspect, Sanford Kuntz Junior, is accused of receiving stolen goods and will be arraigned on October 8.

The arrests followed raids at two locations in the Eolia area in early September.
