Bowling Green Teen Killed

(BOWLING GREEN)—A one car crash just southwest of Bowling Green at 10:25 this (TH) morning claims the life of a Bowling Green teen. The Missouri Highway Patrol says 16 year old Ean West lost control as he attempted a left turn from Route Y south of Pike County Road 401. The car went off the road and overturned. West was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:15 a-m by Pike County Coroner Jim Turner. The Patrol’s crash report says West was not wearing a seat belt.
