Boil Advisory Issued for New London

A boil advisory has been issued for the entire city of New London.

City officials report contractors hit a water line on Main Street in New London about 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

About a thousand water customers in New London are affected by the boil advisory. Officials say the advisory should be lifted by Saturday night.
