Bauman Found Not Guilty of Sexual Assault

A Quincy man is found not guilty of sexual assault charges in Adams County Circuit Court Tuesday.

It took jurors less than an hour-and-a-half to acquit 45 year old Jeffrey Bauman of two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.

Bauman was alleged to have had sexual contact with a five year old girl in January of 2016.

Bauman had been found not guilty of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a child under the age of 13 in a separate case in 2004.
