Attempted Murder/Suicide in Wentzville

An eastern Missouri woman is dead and her son has been injured after she apparently shot him before turning the gun on herself. Wentzville police officers found the son lying on a driveway. One officer picked him up and carried him to an ambulance about a block away. His mother was found dead inside the home.
