All Quincy city offices will be back open to the public Monday.

In accordance with the Phase Three guidelines in the Restore Illinois plan, all Quincy city facilities will be open to the public for normal business hours Monday.

Residents are asked to wear a mask when you enter a city facility. All staff will be behind protective guards or wearing masks while conducting business when social distancing is not possible.

The 8th Street drive-up facility will stay open Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
