Health department officials report a decreasing trend in cases over the last four weeks, and there have been less than 100 active coronavirus cases in Adams County for more than two weeks.

Officials also reported eight new COVID cases in Adams County Wednesday, bringing the total confirmed cases to 779.

There are 72 active cases, 17 hospitalized and four in ICU.

The seven day positivity rate now stands at 5.06%.
