9 Fatalities During Thanksgiving Holiday in Missouri

Traffic crashes in Missouri during the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend claim nine lives.
Troopers also report three drownings—all in southeast Missouri. One of the fatal crashes occurred in northeast Missouri. A Saturday crash in Ralls County claimed the life of Darrell Taylor of New London. Troopers report a total of 404 crashes around the state between 6 p-m Wednesday and 11:59 Sunday night. Those crashes resulted in 166 injuries.

Troopers also report 94 DWI arrests and 63 drug arrests through the Thanksgiving reporting period.
