Walker Pleads Not Guilty to Hit-and-Run Death of Cyclist
A Camp Point man pleads not guilty to charges filed in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash last June.
21 year old Colton Walker entered the plea Tuesday in Adams County Circuit Court.
He is charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving a death and aggravated driving under the influence.
Walker is alleged to have left the scene of a crash between a vehicle and a bicyclist on Highway 24 near Spring Lake Drive about 4:35 a.m. last June 20th. The cyclist, 62 year old Michael Pulliam, was pronounced dead at Blessing Hospital.
Walker faces a status hearing April 15th.
