Veterinarian Contract Terminated by Quincy City Council

Quincy City Council members vote to terminate a city contract.  Council members Monday night approved a resolution that would terminate its contact with Katherine Road Animal Hospital Veterinarian Dr. Andrew Kaiser. The vote give Dr. Kaiser 90 days notice that the contract will be terminated. The action follows a 15 count complaint from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation against Dr. Kaiser.
