Vandalism Means Changes at Palmyra’s Sesqui Building
Vandalism at the Sesquicentennial Building in Palmyra’s Flower City Park means some changes.
Palmyra Parks and Recreation Department officials say the building will only be unlocked when park staff are present. Those times will vary. The change is due to several recent vandalism incidents. Sinks and showers were left running while the drains were plugged resulting in an inch of water on the floor. The front restrooms will be accessible for public use.
