Two Church Street Arrests

(Hannibal) – Hannibal Police responded to a report of possible drug sales in the 900 block of Church Street at 12:21am Thursday.

When officers arrived, two subjects fled the scene. After a brief foot chase, 28-year o-d Jack Finney and 49-year-old Robert Ledbetter of Center were taken into custody. The two were charged with interfering. Ledbetter also had a municipal warrant for stealing.
