Two Arrested For Criminal Damage in Quincy
Quincy Police report two arrests following a string of criminal damage reports in recent days.
Police say they began receiving information around 5 pm Sunday of windows being shot out in buildings and vehicles. Witnesses described a gray 1992 Ford pickup as the suspect vehicle. A traffic stop near Front and Payson resulted in 18-year-old Conner Neisen of Quincy and a 17-year-old male juvenile being taken into custody. A loaded BB gun was recovered at the scene. Neisen and the juvenile are charged with felony criminal damage to property. Conner Neisen was taken to the Adams County Jail. The juvenile was released to a parent.
