At approximately 8:30 a.m. on October 24, 2013, members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Schuyler County Sheriff's Department, and the North Missouri Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the Christina Lutz residence, located at 408 S. Main Street, Queen City, Missouri, in Schuyler County. The search warrant was a result of an investigation conducted by the Schuyler County Sheriff's Department. During the execution of the warrant, a misdemeanor amount of marijuana, a substance believed to be methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia were located.

Christina K. Lutz, 33, of Queen City, Missouri, was arrested for first degree endangerment of a child and possession of a controlled substance.

Evelyn K. Davidson, 36, of Greentop, Missouri, was arrested for first degree endangerment of a child, possession of a controlled substance, and distribution of a controlled substance.

Tyson W. Vincent, 27, of Queen City, Missouri, was arrested for first degree endangerment of a child and possession of a controlled substance.

All three of the individuals were taken to the Schuyler County Jail where they are being held on a 24-hour hold. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pursued.

The charges for which these individuals were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
