This Missouri Airbnb is Completely Obsessed with Nutty Squirrels
How do you feel about squirrels? The reason I ask is there's a Missouri Airbnb that appears to be a nice getaway option, but your love (or not) of squirrels may determine if it's the right destination for you.
I found the Nutty Squirrel River House (their description, not mine) on Airbnb located south of St. Louis near Marquand, Missouri in the Mark Twain National Forest. The Castor River flows through the backyard. Here's how Misty the host describes this Missouri space:
On the Castor River, 150 feet of river fun, literally in the backyard! Enjoy the crystal clear river and peaceful setting with your family or friends or as a sweet romantic getaway. 3 bedrooms! 2 baths! Fully stocked kitchen! Living room with TV, DVD player, and Wifi! Deck looking out at river! Fire pit!
Lots of exclamation points, but she forgot to mention all the squirrels. See for yourself.

The squirrel theme is fun especially the shower curtain. That's a first. As of this writing, the cost to stay in this squirrel haven is $199 per night. There are even more pics and details on Misty's full Airbnb listing.
