Suspect Sought After Vehicles Strike House

Quincy Police say one man is arrested while another remains at large after a crash involving two vehicles and a house.

Officers received a report at 4:17 p.m. Saturday that a house at 11^th and Elm had been struck.  Both vehicles involved fled the scene, but one was located a short time later.   Officers arrested Chad E. Payne on charges of Driving While Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.

Police say an additional suspect is being sought for questioning for Child Endangerment, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Aggravated Domestic Battery.
